Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and custom code developed specifically for their project. However, we retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or third-party components used in the development process. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
Remlyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in content provision or feedback may extend delivery dates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.
Our project agreements include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a written amendment to the original agreement.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date. Clients will receive any work product completed up to that point.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
